My background is split between words and workflows. I spent over a decade teaching people how to write and learn, then another 13 years building strategic operations behind the scenes of online businesses.

The result? I'm wired to explain things clearly and build systems that actually stick. (Some might say I'm obsessed with it. Fair enough.)

I’ve spent the last several years inside the AI trenches, turning messy, real-life business problems into working systems. My job is simple: I make AI make sense, then I make it do the work.
