Become the Person Small Businesses Call When They Need AI Help

A small, live cohort where we build one real client project together, start to finish. You leave with finished work and a process you've already run. Doors aren't open yet, so get in line first.

No pitch, no spam. One email when doors open.

Mark Cuban keeps saying this is one of the biggest openings in AI right now. I've run mine for a year on word of mouth alone, zero ads. Everything I do to keep it running is teachable, and I'm going to teach it.

Who This Is For

The Skill You Need Is Not the One You Think

Small businesses aren't short on AI tools. They're short on someone who can walk in, figure out what's actually broken, and fix it without a six month project plan.

You're good with people

You can sit across from a business owner, hear the real problem underneath the one they're describing, and stay calm about it. That's the hard part. It's also the part you already have.

You don't code

Neither did I. I spent twelve years in a classroom first. The tools got good enough that the barrier moved from writing syntax to knowing which problem is worth solving.

You want a real next chapter

Not a side hustle you resent by March. Work you can charge real money for, and explain at a dinner party without anyone's eyes glazing over.

Everything I do, you can learn. If you're good with people and problems, the tech is the easy part.

How It Runs

One Real Project, Start to Finish

Most courses hand you a certificate. You finish this one holding work you can show someone.

We pick one real business problem

Bring a business you already know, a family member's shop, the place you used to work. If you don't have one, I'll help you find one. Real constraints, real messiness, a real person waiting on the other end.

We build the fix together, live

Scoping, the awkward pricing conversation, the build itself, the handoff. You watch me do the parts you haven't done yet, then you do them with me watching. That order matters.

You walk it out the door

You finish with a delivered project, a process you've run once, and language for what you do that doesn't make you cringe. The second client conversation is much easier than the first.

What Waitlist Members Get

Three Reasons to Get on the List Now

Founding member pricing

You see the number first, at the lowest it'll ever be. Pricing isn't locked yet, and I'd rather tell you that than invent a fake discount.

A genuinely small group

Seats are limited because I'm in every session, not because limited sounds exclusive. When the list outgrows the room, waitlist order decides who gets in.

A say in what we build

I'll ask what you want covered before I finish the outline, and I actually use the answers. The people on this list are shaping the thing.

Why Learn It From Me

I Do the Work, and I Happen to Be a Good Explainer

I'm Heather. Twelve years teaching, then I taught myself to build AI systems, and now I do it for real businesses. Brand voice, visibility, workflow automation, custom apps. I run the whole thing on word of mouth.

I'm not a guru who watched one video and started selling a course about it. I take client calls on Tuesday and I'd be teaching you what I did on Monday. The teaching years are the unfair advantage. I know where people get stuck, because I watched a few thousand of them get stuck there.

Questions People Ask

No. I spent twelve years in a classroom before I taught myself any of this. The tools got good enough that the hard part moved from writing syntax to knowing which problem is worth solving. If you can sit with a business owner and hear the real problem underneath the one they're describing, you already have the part that's difficult to teach.
Pricing isn't locked yet, and I'd rather tell you that than make something up. Waitlist members get founding member pricing and see the number before anyone else does.
Dates aren't set. The waitlist is how I decide when to open and how many seats to run. Everyone on the list hears the start date first, with enough lead time to plan around it.
That's the normal starting point. We build one real client project together during the cohort, so you finish with work you can show and a process you've already run once. Walking into the second conversation is much easier when you did the first one with someone beside you.
Live and small. You can watch someone build on video anywhere. What you can't get from a recording is someone looking at your specific client, your specific mess, and telling you what to do next.
No. It puts you at the front of the line and gets you the details first. If the timing or the price doesn't work when doors open, you say no and nothing happens. You can unsubscribe from any email I send.
