Practice With the Work Your Team Actually Does

Your team has access to AI. A few people use it every day. Others opened it once, got a weird answer, and went back to what they knew. Buying access was the easy part. Helping people use it well takes practice with work they recognize.

I build hands-on training around your team's roles, comfort level, and actual tasks. We might work through a client email, a set of meeting notes, or the first draft of a recurring report. People learn how to explain the task, provide useful context, and judge the result. Nobody needs to pretend they understand something they don't.

Choose a Format That Fits

Workshops give a team time to try a workflow, ask questions, and compare results. Training alongside an AI system build focuses on the specific tools and processes we've put in place. Speaking engagements give a larger group a practical introduction to what AI can help with and where human judgment still belongs.

The scope follows the audience. A business owner evaluating opportunities needs a different session from a client service team that already has a working system. We decide on the tasks and learning goals together before the session, so the examples fit the people in the room.

Teach the Review Step, Too

A useful answer still needs a person who can check it. Training covers spotting unsupported claims, protecting information your team shouldn't share, and recognizing when a task needs human review. For writing tasks, we also work on preserving your voice so the output sounds like your business.

I'm based in Centerville, Ohio, with in-person consulting available in Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Indianapolis, plus virtual work nationwide. Before a discovery call, ask each participant to name one task they repeat every week. Those examples help us shape a session people can use when they get back to work.
